Анотація
У роботі розглянуто порівняльний аналіз традиційних систем термометрії елеваторів, що базуються на підвісних кабелях з датчиками температури та локальних SCADA-рішеннях, і сучасних комплексів моніторингу на основі промислового інтернету речей (ІІоТ). Показано відмінності в архітектурі, номенклатурі контрольованих параметрів, можливостях аналітики та дистанційного керування, а також визначено переваги й обмеження ІІоТ-підходу для сучасних зерносховищ.
Comparative analysis of grain elevator thermometry systems and modern solutions based on the industrial internet of things
Abstract
This paper presents a comparative analysis of traditional grain elevator thermometry systems based on hanging temperature cables and local SCADA platforms, and modern monitoring solutions built on the Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The study highlights differences in system architecture, the range of controlled parameters, analytical capabilities and remote control, and identifies the main advantages and limitations of IIoT for grain storage facilities.
