Анотація
Дане дослідження присвячене розробці SaaS-системи для автоматизації онлайн-аукціонів у Telegram з інтегрованими фінансовими операціями. Основною метою є автоматизація процесу проведення аукціонів, який раніше здійснювався вручну менеджерами (прийом ставок у коментарях, перевірка коректності, визначення переможців), що призводило до помилок та низької продуктивності.
Для розробки системи використано фреймворк aiogram 3.10, що забезпечує роботу з Telegram Bot API, FastAPI для обробки вебхуків PayPal, MySQL 8.0 для зберігання даних та Redis для FSM-станів і планування задач. Система реалізує повний цикл аукціонних операцій: автоматичну реєстрацію учасників, створення лотів з медіа-контентом, проведення торгів у режимі реального часу, інтеграцію з PayPal для автоматичних платежів багатомовність (українська/англійська) та SaaS-модель для створення власних аукціонних платформ.

The work develops an automated SaaS system for conducting online auctions in the Telegram messenger with integrated financial transactions. The architecture of the system, which combines the capabilities of Telegram Bot API with the PayPal payment system, is presented, and a mathematical model of the auction process with automatic determination of winners and calculation of commissions is developed. The database structure is designed, a multilingual interface and a status management system are implemented. The system has been tested, confirming a reduction in auction processing time from 8 hours to 15 minutes.
