Розглянуто технічні особливості додатку, що сприяють формуванню залежності, а також досліджено феномен «економіки уваги» через призму поглядів сучасних філософів та психологів. Запропоновано практичні методи протидії цифровій залежності та збереження когнітивної свободи.

The paper analyzes the socio-psychological impact of the TikTok platform on the modern content consumer. The technical features of the application that contribute to the formation of addiction are considered, and the phenomenon of the "attention economy" is also investigated through the prism of the views of modern philosophers and psychologists. Practical methods of combating digital addiction and preserving cognitive freedom are proposed.
