The Director oversees the whole submission, editorial and publishing processes for a conference. The Director, working with the Conference Manager, establishes the policies and procedures which are entered in scheduled conference setup. In the editorial process, the Director may assign submissions to a Track Director or manage submissions themselves, and watches all submissions' progress and assists with any difficulties.
