У тезах розглянуто штучний інтелект як специфічну форму не-людського інтелекту, що функціонує на основі алгоритмів, машинного навчання, оброблення даних та обчислювальних моделей. Визначено основні особливості штучного інтелекту, пов’язані зі здатністю до аналізу значних масивів інформації, виявлення закономірностей, прогнозування, класифікації та виконання окремих когнітивних завдань. Обґрунтовано відмінності між людським і штучним інтелектом за природою формування, механізмами функціонування та характером оброблення інформації. Визначено основні межі застосування штучного інтелекту, зокрема залежність результатів від якості даних, алгоритмів, технічної архітектури та умов використання. Акцентовано увагу на необхідності забезпечення прозорості, достовірності, безпеки та людського контролю за функціонуванням інтелектуальних систем. Встановлено, що штучний інтелект доцільно розглядати як окрему технологічну форму не-людського інтелекту, функціональні можливості якої не є тотожними людській свідомості та інтелектуальній діяльності.

Abstract. This paper examines artificial intelligence as a specific form of non-human intelligence that functions on the basis of algorithms, machine learning, data processing, and computational models. The main characteristics of artificial intelligence are identified, including its ability to analyze large amounts of information, identify patterns, make predictions, classify data, and perform specific cognitive tasks. The differences between human and artificial intelligence in terms of the nature of their formation, mechanisms of operation, and the nature of information processing are substantiated. The main limitations of artificial intelligence applications are identified, in particular the dependence of results on data quality, algorithms, technical architecture, and conditions of use. Emphasis is placed on the need to ensure transparency, reliability, security, and human control over the functioning of intelligent systems. It is established that artificial intelligence should be considered a distinct technological form of non-human intelligence, whose functional capabilities are not identical to human consciousness and intellectual activity.
