Foundry production is an example of cyclic turnover of metal and other materials. This turnover speeds up 3D printing of patterns and sand molds. Schemes for the production of castings using printed patterns and sand molds are given. The use of 3D printing stimulates the development of a closed-loop economy, promotes the development of new methods and materials.
