Анотація
Розглянуто актуальність концепції безперервної освіти (Life-long learning) в умовах стрімкого розвитку електронних комунікацій та приладобудування. Проаналізовано стратегії професійної адаптації для випускників ЗВО та альтернативні шляхи входження в професію. Наукова новизна роботи полягає у систематизації методів самоосвіти з урахуванням сучасних інструментів штучного інтелекту.
The Concept of Lifelong Learning as a Key Factor in the Professional Adaptation of Electronics Industry Specialists
Abstract
The relevance of the concept of continuous education (Life-long learning) in the conditions of rapid development of electronic communications and instrumentation is considered. Strategies of professional adaptation for university graduates and alternative ways of entering the profession are analyzed. The scientific novelty of the work consists in the systematization of self-education methods taking into account modern artificial intelligence tools.
