Анотація
У роботі досліджено можливості використання мови програмування Java та сучасних мобільних технологій для створення автоматизованих систем підтримки користувача. Розглянуто підходи до реалізації мобільних застосунків і чат-ботів, орієнтованих на оптимізацію планування діяльності та надання допомоги у надзвичайних ситуаціях. Визначено основні функціональні можливості, переваги та перспективи використання таких рішень.
Application of mobile technologies and Java for developing user support and action planning systems
Abstract
The paper explores the possibilities of using Java programming language and modern mobile technologies to develop automated user support systems. Approaches to implementing mobile applications and chatbots aimed at optimizing activity planning and assisting in emergency situations are considered. Key functional capabilities, advantages, and prospects of such solutions are identified.
