Метою дослідження є виявлення особливостей впливу штучного інтелекту на якість емоційного контакту, рівень довіри та соціальну динаміку у міжособистісних відносинах. У роботі окреслюються потенційні переваги використання ШІ у сфері комунікацій, а також ризики, пов’язані з цифровою залежністю, зменшенням емпатії та підміною реальних соціальних зв’язків віртуальними.
