У роботі досліджується вплив соціальних мереж на формування політичної свідомості громадян. Розглянуто роль цифрових платформ як інструментів політичної комунікації, мобілізації, а також засобів інформаційного впливу та маніпуляції. Проаналізовано позитивний потенціал та ризики, пов’язані з використанням соціальних мереж у політичних процесах.

Abstract
The paper examines the impact of social networks on the formation of citizens’ political consciousness. The role of digital platforms as tools for political communication, mobilization, as well as instruments of information influence and
manipulation is analyzed. The study explores both the positive potential and the risks associated with the use of social media in political processes. It is concluded that social networks have become a significant factor in shaping public opinion, political engagement, and influencing the quality of democratic processes in society.
