Анотація
Modern educational processes of training public servants are associated with the formation of educational platforms that require a review of scientific approaches to teaching public servants according to new standards and programs following the chosen course for European and Euro-Atlantic integration. To achieve the adaptability of the civil service, it is expedient to agree on the specifics of the application of the norms of international humanitarian law, the protection of civilians during an armed conflict, the documentation of war crimes by public servants, the preparation of decisions by public servants and the communication of public servants with the public.
