В роботі описано принципи та підходи автоматизації навчального процесу, надання актуальної інформації про розклад, використовуючі хмарні середовища. Розроблена інструкція написання чат-бота. Досліджені  можливості  застосування потужної безперервної доставка коду до поточного користувача.

Development of a chatbot using cloud services to automate the learning process

Abstract: The paper describes the principles and approaches to the automation of the educational process, provides relevant information about the schedule, the use of cloud environments. The instructions for writing a chatbot are developed. Possibilities of application of powerful continuous delivery through the current user are investigated.
